Why the NBA is declining....
I stopped watching basketball after the year 2002 in protest of what I saw during game 6 of the Western Conference Finals. Tom Brady's tuck happened that winter, and everyone was still in shock over 9/11. In the meantime, I had placed a bet on my beloved Kings to win the NBA Championship that year at ridiculous odds. Anyways, I'm sure most of you know what happened in the end.... Robert Horry game 4, Mike Bibby game 5, and then the notorious game 6, where the Los Angeles Lakers shot 27 free throws in the 4th quarter alone. There was a foul called on the Kings almost every single possession. Bill Walton, and Marv Albert just stopped announcing because they couldn't believe how disgusting the NBA went in order to reap the benefits of a game 7. Sorry to break away from the NFL, but I felt compelled to make this video in light of the recent news regarding Tim Donaghy and the whole referee conspiracy. What's ironic is how Phil Jackson is blaming the referees for losing game 2 against the Celtics. That's like Bill and Hillary Clinton blaming the 'left' media for favoring Barack O'bama.
